Ex-Chief Prosecutor of the Sex Crimes Unit of the New York District Attorney's Office, Linda Fairstein discusses effective prosecution approaches in cases of rape, especially acquaintance sexual assault and the representation of sexual assault in popular culture. Drawing on her experiences from over 20 years of service, this former UVa law graduate is also an author of several books related to sexual crimes and violence.
