Jon Crossley, vice president of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, refers to himself as a late bloomer. When he graduated from high school in England, he had no idea what he wanted to do. But, after selling fruits and vegetables where this introvert found himself yelling, "Two melons for a pound," he knew he had to try a different route. College furthered his interest in computing, and he ended up following the professional path through several companies up the ranks of consulting.
